Slate magazine notes "to put it simply, more than four out of every five moviegoers around the world went to see the third installment of the adventures of Peter Parker and his web-weaving powers."
Says Sony chairman Amy Pascal:
"This is beyond our dreams. I'm going to keep making Spider-Man movies until someone stops me."
I'm reading a book. It's getting publicity enough to gross in the hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars, but I'm pretty impressed so far.
I've no idea what CNN is so worried about.
