Reviews of Malcolm Gladwell's Outliers are coming thick and fast, essentially a tome that dissects how the makeup of some people determine their success and how similarly put together individuals never reach their full potential.
At present, it's 6.30 in the morning and I haven't' put anything up here in a week.
