I'm a bit puzzled that someone who works at a newspaper would cheer the arrival of her executioner.
But I've never understood Margaret Wente.

Margaret Wente isn't up for execution, but the folks that run the printing presses might be.
Although I wouldn't get a Kindle, even with an e-book I'll still want to read new stuff, and in order for me to read new stuff there need to be authors, journalists and bloggers.
Both Margaret's and your job are safe (for now, anyway).
